Drop real template library; keep CDN-only matching.

Remove build_library and runtime artifacts, ignore regenerable outputs, and add README/AGENTS/DESIGN/CHANGELOG for the simplified project. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
